Internet search revealed I'm not the only one who has encountered this problem. Reinstalling the drivers worked for some people, but not for me. This thread is locked. BTW, a couple months ago my printer stopped working after a Windows update. Happened to lots of other people too. Eventually, MS came up with yet another update that fixed it. I have escalated this issue internally and once I hear back I will pass that info along. After reaching out I found that Zoom is not yet officially supporting Windows The system requirements page still certainly does not list Windows I have heard many users be able to run Zoom on Windows 11 with no problem, but also numerous cases of users having some trouble of one type or another.

Hope they address this serious issue, as Zoom is currently unusable to me. Same problem. Zoom audio worked just fine last night. This morning it fails to detect audio. What happened overnight?! Same problem with my mom's laptop. I have the same issue on my Lenovo.

I have used the same laptop for 2 years and never had an audio problem with Zoom. Now suddenly no speakers detected. No problem with my speakers at all in any other application just as other commenters have noted.

Is Zoom doing anything to address this issue? Our IT help desk shared a work around. Use Zoom from browser. Will need to cancel "Start in app" when join or start a meeting, then a message at bottom allow you to join from browser.
